Academics

At Dunstan we are very proud of our varied and robust elective opportunities, along with core classes that generate passion for writing, mathematics, science, and history.  We encourage a mindset that encourages initial exploration of future college and career opportunities. This next year, we'll align our program with the acclaimed Green Mountain High School Academy model, and determine middle school pre-requisites for high school courses.

Middle school is an interesting time.  It's no longer elementary school, with one teacher for all core classes, but not a high school, where credits and grades count towards graduation and GPA.  
What we stress at Dunstan is this: learning matters.  Our charge is to help students transition from elementary school, and prepare them to be successful in high school.
